This is a hands free leash. It's meant to be worn around your waist, similar to a belt. It comes with a 4ft leash attachment in coordinating colors.
Addtional leash attachments can be purchased for $15/each. 
The belt is very adjustable, this one can adjust from 37"- 66"
It uses a metal quick release buckle to take on and off.
There is a welded O ring for the leashes to attach to.
This system is NOT meant for heavy pullers or untrained dogs.
